Reading data

In demo mode, reading messages and cart selections stay in this browser. In live mode, the service stores guest reading messages and a minimal pet profile with a 30-day session expiry.

Commerce data

Shopify processes checkout, payment, order, tax, and shipping information under the merchant’s configured policies. This application does not collect card details.

AI processing

When live AI is enabled, reading text may be sent to the configured model provider to generate a response. When you explicitly request an AI collar preview, the photo is resized, stripped of metadata and sent to OpenAI for image editing. TalisPaw does not persist the source or generated image in its database. OpenAI processing and retention are subject to its API data policies. Raw photos and private chat are not sent to analytics.

Your choices

Reading deletion is part of the planned live session workflow. Final contact and privacy-request procedures must be supplied by the merchant.
